Cancellation Policy

No refund policy, fixes must be made within 72 hours. A 30% cancellation fee will be charged if it isn’t cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No call no shows will not be allowed to rebook and will be charged full service. You will be asked to reschedule if longer than 10 minutes late to your appointment. You are required to have at least 50% of lashes on, or you will be charged for a full set. Deposits are nonrefundable.
